Email support@ridethetape.com . Include your phone model, operating-system version, trainer or sensor model, and a brief description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, or sensitive health data.
Account and privacy help
Account deletion is available directly in the app under Settings → Privacy, legal & account. If you no longer have access to the app, follow the external account-deletion instructions. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@ridethetape.com.
Safety
Stop riding immediately if you feel unwell or equipment behaves unexpectedly. Keep the trainer's physical stop control within reach and use conservative grade limits. For urgent medical or safety help, contact local emergency services rather than app support.
